Policies and Procedures Trustee Description
- Chair Policies & Procedures Committee meetings, coordinating with committee members and relevant Special Workers.
- Support the Vice-Chairperson by participating in the Special Worker & Trustee Relations (P&P Subcommittee) to assist in facilitating internal dispute resolution if they arise.
- Ensure that the Service Manual is updated according to the World Services Conference directives, proactively exploring and presenting ideas to improve upon the Service Manual.
- Work proactively to understand and ensure that World Services adheres to the Twelve Traditions of MA, addressing issues that need clarification on World Services policy.
- Maintain the Conference Motions Log.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for member, meeting, and district egregious concerns brought to their attention by the General Manager and the Chairperson of the Board.
