A New Leaf Publications Chairperson Trustee Description
- Chair A New Leaf Publications Department meetings or find a suitable chairperson.
- Conduct voting as set forth in the A New Leaf Publications Charter.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of A New Leaf Publication with support from the eCommerce Manager and General Manager.
- Service Sponsor, encourage and support all members to give their best effort in service to ANLP.
- Provide support and accountability to ensure that all necessary volunteer positions are filled and duties are being performed.
- Work with the ANLP Department to ensure that A New Leaf Publications is in compliance with its Charter and The Twelve Traditions of Marijuana Anonymous.
- Attend MA Board Meetings to act as a liaison between A New Leaf Publications and the Trustees of MA World Services.
- Act as secondary supervisor to the eCommerce Manager and liaise with the Publishing Consultant.
- Suggested eligibility: One (1) year of service experience at the World level, such as a member of ANLP, or the MA World Services Board of Trustees, a Conference Delegate, or committee member. Additional suggested experience as a District or Committee Chairperson, or any relevant career experience is beneficial but not required.
