Attending the Conference
You have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of Marijuana Anonymous. Your participation is vital to unite, grow, and strengthen our fellowship. At the Conference, we join in service, and inspire each other to foster growth at the Meeting, District, and World Service levels of our organization. We exchange ideas, provide support to each other, collaborate to help solve our common issues, and share experience, strength, and hope. The Conference binds all members to our common purpose. It is truly a gift to meet MA members from around the world whom we ordinarily may never have crossed paths with. We cannot do it alone!
The Conference Agenda Packet includes the Conference Schedule, Agenda Items, Standing Rules, and supporting documents such as the Delegate Responsibilities which include the Delegate District Report instructions.
The Agenda differs from the Schedule, which states the timeline in which each Agenda Item will be presented, discussed, and voted on.
How to use the Agenda Packet
Each Agenda Item is a proposed motion, and with it, you will find the Agenda Item Title, who is submitting the Agenda Item, a background which explains why this motion is being proposed and any origin/relevant history, and finally the proposed motion itself. Each Item has been reviewed by the Conference Agenda Committee, and if needed also contains a contextual statement.
