Conferences & Conventions Trustee Description
- Facilitate the Conference Agenda Committee and assist the President Trustee to ensure that the Agenda Packet is distributed at minimum 90 days prior to the MA World Service Conference
- Support Convention Host Districts/Regions
- Curate a Convention Handbook consisting of advice and information about past events, including budgets, site selection, committees and procedures, useful templates or forms, timelines, and checklists
- Maintain a roster of people on past hosting committees available for mentoring
