Vice-Chairperson Trustee Description
- Chair Board Meetings, when the Chairperson is unable.
- Chair the Special Worker & Trustee Relations (SWTR) Department:
- Support the annual review of Special Worker and Trustee job descriptions, and adjust if needed.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for operational concerns brought to their attention by the General Manager and the Chairperson of the Board.
- Ex-officio member of all Trustee committees:
- Provide support to committees which the Board Chairperson does not attend, or at the request of the Committee Chair.
- Act as Chair for any committee, as needed.
- Service Sponsor, encourage and support all members to give their best effort in service to MA. Plan regular Trustee Training sessions throughout the year.
