The Step Workbook has been approved for use by the 2008 MAWS Conference and is available for purchase via orders through US Mail from this page.
Ordering Information
Each copy of the Step Workbook costs $7.50.
For Domestic Orders:
We ship USPS Priority Mail, and do everything we can to keep our shipping prices as low as possible. The current shipping charges for mail-in orders are as follows:

Once we transmit that information, and you decide on your shipping cost, we will ask you to send your funds in US DOLLARS, DRAWN ON A NEW YORK CITY BANK or, if you wish, we will request the total for the sale from you via PayPal.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN AN ORDER FORM WITH PAYMENTOR BUY THE ITEM THROUGH PAYPALWITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A QUOTE!
